Recruitment Process

Application Submission
Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis for both entry-level and experienced positions. Please complete the application form (resume and self-introduction letter) and send it to the official email address (sungil@braider.co.kr).2
Document Screening
Submitted applications are forwarded to the recruitment manager, and only successful candidates will be contacted individually by phone or email.

Practical Interview
The practical interview evaluates the applicant’s capabilities and job suitability.
The interview panel consists of approximately 2 to 4 members, including department managers and division heads.4
Final Interview
The final interview focuses on evaluating the applicant’s character and experience.5
Result Notification
Final results will be individually communicated by phone.※ The above recruitment process may vary depending on the hiring stage. -
Qualifications
- - Applicants of all educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- - Applicants must have no disqualifying reason for overseas travel, and male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt.
- - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the braiding technology field or who have completed related training courses.
- - Preference will be given to candidates with excellent foreign language skills.
